Anthropic announces Critical Infrastructure Defense Program

Anthropic launched its Critical Infrastructure Defense Program within the Cyber Mission, providing model access, on-site engineering and threat research for operational-technology defenders. The program announcement does not measure deployed protection or reduced incidents. The OSS Scanner launch in the same announcement is already canonical and must not be duplicated.
