Contractor pleads guilty in US AI-server export-diversion case

A US federal court docket reviewed by Reuters records an October 8 guilty plea by Ting-Wei Sun in an alleged scheme to divert advanced Nvidia AI servers to China. The March DOJ indictment describes the allegations. The plea does not establish that the whole alleged value was exported or that other defendants are guilty.
