OpenAI expands Dots with mobile setup, Codex delegation and scheduled-task editing

An October 9 OpenAI Developer Community announcement describes creating Dots in the ChatGPT mobile app, starting and continuing Codex work across threads and automations, and reviewing or editing scheduled tasks. This adds implementation detail to the September 29 Dots introduction, not a second launch or proof of universal interoperability.
