EU Commission Implementing Decision 2026/2274 was published and took effect Oct14, referencing EN 18286:2026 for specific quality-management duties under the AI Act. This is a scope-limited presumption of conformity, not blanket EU AI Act compliance or proof any firm implemented the standard. It is distinct from July release of the standard.
